- All return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. We do not accept liability for return packages that are lost in transit.
- A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds will only be issued if items are unused, undamaged, and returned with the original tag attached.
- Returns are only accepted if items are returned in their original packaging.
- Items purchased on request are not eligible for return.
- If you have received an incorrect item or if the item is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@therelovedbag.com.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be received.
