Yes! We guarantee 100% authenticity on all our items. Each piece is carefully hand-picked and thoroughly checked. We only source from trusted (re)sellers. Read more on our authenticity page.
How do I know what condition the item is in?
We describe the condition of each item and any signs of previous wear as clearly and accurately as possible in the product description. Please note that we specialize in pre-loved items, which means some signs of wear or minor damage may be present. Each item is assigned its own condition grade, so we recommend reading the description carefully before purchasing.

Is there a physical location where I can see the items?
At the moment, we operate exclusively online and do not have a physical showroom.
Is there a warranty on the items?
We do not provide warranties on the items we sell, so we encourage you to carefully check the condition of an item before purchasing and to inspect it again when it arrives. Please note that once an item has been worn, we are unable to offer a refund.
Can I sell my bag through you?
No, we do not buy items from private individuals.
Shipping & Returns Information
How long does shipping take?
All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. All shipments are fully insured and sent via registered delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Are your items shipped worldwide?

Which company do you use to ship the packages?
